Kenton Hyatt, PhD, specializing in communication, values and creativity, is an international facilitator, trainer, executive coach and program designer. Kenton’s particular areas of expertise include values assessment and development for individuals, teams and organizations; creativity assessment and development; and coaching managers to be coaches. Dr. Hyatt uses interactive learning methods based on psychological and behavioral assessment integrated with creative methodologies to produce active learning environments which are designed to achieve the results that are best suited for each person, group and organization. He is also an accomplished painter, photographer and storyteller. He holds certifications in a wide variety of individual, group, and organizational assessment instruments and programs. Kenton has taught communication at Rochester Institute of Technology and Humboldt State University. He was European Program Director for the Center for Creative Leadership; Director of Educational Programs at Values Technology; and Senior Trainer for Granite Construction, and an adjunct coach and facilitator for Lee Hecht Harrison. He is the author of Radical Creativity: Imaginative, Relational, Dynamic (Kairios Press, 2019).
In 2001, Kenton and his wife and collaborative partner, Dr. Cheryl De Ciantis, founded their company, Kairios. Kenton and Cheryl are the co-authors of the Values Perspective personal and group values survey and their book, What’s Important: Understanding and Working with Values Perspectives (Integral Publishers, 2014).
